Your Opportunity
As a Growth Product Manager (m/f/d) you own, craft and optimize the user journey of current and future SimScale users, in alignment with our marketing, product and sales teams. In this role, you will identify, monitor and lift the most important engagement and conversion metrics throughout the entire marketing, product and sales funnel to accelerate SimScale’s adoption.
What we expect from you
- A track record of accelerating software / SaaS product growth for marketing- or product-led companies
- 3+ years of demand generation experience or PLG/Growth marketing experience in companies with self-serve or product-led growth models
- A broad understanding of digital marketing channels and product-led growth go-to-market strategies
- Experience in and passion for experimentation and testing to relentlessly improve conversion rates across the entire user journey - from website to in-product experience. Familiarity with modern product analytics tools is a plus.
- Metrics-driven operator & strong analytical abilities: Know which metrics to measure and how to drive insights from them
- Ability to navigate the modern GTM tool stack - from Google Analytics / Tag Manager over Marketing automation, A/B testing tools to product analytics solutions
