The Role

Evoke Learning is looking for a dynamic and motivated client services partner (CSP) with strong people skills to lead our front of house, build client relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Under the guidance of Evoke's directors, the client services partner will facilitate Evoke’s front-of-house, respond to enquiries and requests for consultation, support program marketing initiatives, promote student programming and move clients into service. This position is part-time, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to email and phone inquiries.
  • Schedule and facilitate consultation calls, help inquiring clients discover how Evoke Learning's programs can help.
  • Manage client database systems.
  • Provide client stewardship, follow-up and customer service.
  • Assume responsibility for managing and nurturing client relationships, with the goal of ensuring client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success.
  • Help to market and promote student programming and Evoke services.
  • Support seasonal marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Postsecondary education in marketing, education administration, sales management, business, or a communication related field.
  • Previous work experience in client care, sales, education administration, business development, customer or client services.
  • Enhanced relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a multitasking, fast-paced, and changing environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient with technology, including Google application software and Cloud document storage platforms (Sync, Dropbox).
  • Exceptional telephone skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

$22.00-$25.00 per hour

Some flexibility with hours:

  • Must be available a minimum of 2 nights a week until 7pm ET
  • Peak hours are 11am – 1pm and 4-7pm ET
