As a Meeting & Event Organizer you are responsible for the organization, progress and finances of group reservations and the clear communication of this within the hotel. In addition, you are the main contact person for all your confirmed groups and you actively build a relationship with the guests to ensure repeated business.
Associated tasks are:
- Compose quotations based on the wishes and demands of the guest

Contributing to maximize revenues through active upselling and cross selling- Preparing and sending confirmations, contracts and pro forma invoices
- Giving Site Inspections
- Monitoring the progress of the reservation whereby you create and maintain a file
- Ensure good cooperation with your colleagues as well as with our guests and relations
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Stress resistance and an organized working method
- Flexibility, accuracy and helpfulness
- Always thinking one step ahead and attention to detail
- Relevant work experience is a plus
