K2 Dental Arts is looking for a part-time remote customer service representative with a problem-solving attitude and professional communication skills. You problem-solve dentists’ most sensitive case issues with empathy and tact to give patients beautiful smiles. Responsibilities
● Speak with dental practices directly via phone, email, chat, to understand their key concerns and explain the issue to team members as needed
● Problem-solve clients’ clinical case issues with your team members and concisely relay the solutions to the clients
● Manage clients’ cases and facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders
● Quickly access reference materials to analyze and determine appropriate responses to phone and email inquiries
● Document and update customer records based on interactions
● Perform some work in the billing and administrative departments of the company to develop a holistic view of the business
● Learn in-depth how to operate the technology that is changing dentistry and apply this knowledge to provide solutions to clients’ problems
Requirements
● Dental lab experience preferred
● Previous experience in the dental field REQUIRED
● Demonstrate a strong customer service attitude rooted in empathy
● Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to meet multiple deadlines and work on multiple customer service cases at the same time
● Ability to understand clients’ key concerns, ask follow up questions and record and relay detailed information internally to team members and externally to clients
● Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and perform in a fast-moving work environment
● Good judgement to evaluate and respond to the needs of each client
● Technical knowledge is not required but expected to be learned for the position
● A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions is necessary
