We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Administrator with German to join our multicompetence international team in Katowice, supporting key industrial Customers throughout Europe.

Tasks

• Administrative support via e-mail and phone - in our team we work from 8:00 to 16:30 every day, including one shift on telephone service 8:00 – 12:00 or 12:45 - 16:00
• Order processing - entering mail orders into SAP

Requirements

• Last course/semester - offer for people with student status only
• Good English and fluent German (at least B2 but C1 preferable)
• MS Office package
• Motivation and willingness to learn
• A bias for action
• An ability to work in a team
• Kind and friendly personality : )
