Role overview
We are searching for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Reconcile the purchase order with the invoice and address any discrepancies.
- Record the supplier invoices and update expense reports
- Keep a track of the pending invoicing for which receiving is done and follow up on the invoices
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Handle communication between the organization and vendors
- Prepare the statement of accounts of each supplier in order to process the payment
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office and bookkeeping software
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
