Role overview

We are searching for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reconcile the purchase order with the invoice and address any discrepancies.
  • Record the supplier invoices and update expense reports
  • Keep a track of the pending invoicing for which receiving is done and follow up on the invoices
  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Handle communication between the organization and vendors
  • Prepare the statement of accounts of each supplier in order to process the payment
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Proficiency with computers, MS Office and bookkeeping software
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Professional manner and a strong ethical code
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
