You'll help with providing professional money recovery services for investors navigating the uncertain financial landscape of digital currencies. The proliferation of scams and frauds has created unique challenges for investors seeking to recover their funds, and you are uniquely positioned to offer timely and effective solutions.
- Transaction processing, service monitoring, and incident reporting and handling
- • Assist Customer Service team in handling and resolving escalated crypto concerns and issues
- Prospecting and qualifying new leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conducting sales calls and presentations to potential clients and onboarding them onto the service.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Addressing any concerns or objections clients may have and providing solutions to their problems.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and goals.
- Providing regular updates on sales performance to the Sales Manager.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the cryptocurrency market.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections and resistance from potential clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
