Job purpose
Provide full property administrative and specialized support to the Centre Managers at River Square Shopping Centre and Mark Park and the Portfolio Manager. Attend to tenant queries on range of issues including but not limited to housekeeping, building faults, electricity / water queries (RMS), account queries as and when required.
Duties and responsibilities
Provide full property administrative and specialized support to the Centre Managers at River Square Shopping Centre and Mark Park and the Portfolio Manager. Attend to tenant queries on range of issues including but not limited to housekeeping, building faults, electricity / water queries (RMS), account queries as and when required.
Duties and responsibilities
- Draft offers and collate lease information
- Populate basic information into the Lease Approval schedule
- Follow up on signed offers and leases
- Prepare monthly reports including executive summary (in conjunction with portfolio manager), monthly vacancy projections, monthly GLA recons, and letting reports
- Perform lease audits
- Draft and Manage the tenant movement forms communication with RMS
- Capture projections into the Property Management system monthly
- Capture budget into the Property Management system annually
- Calculate annual rates and refuse recovery, sewer increases and insurance adjustments for loading onto the Property Management system
- Show vacant space to prospective tenants
- Act as tenant liaison for any tenant complaints and queries
- Building walkabouts
- Assist Centre Managers and Portfolio Managers as and when required

This position is office based and works on a normal 40 hours a week. Busy periods may require extra hours to ensure deadlines are met. Employees may be required to travel for business purposes.

- Post matric qualification in Property Management or equivalent diploma/degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, administrative and or client interaction roles required
- Knowledge of property management is an advantage
